Emma Crim is an incoming dual M.L.S./M.A. student pursuing art librarianship with a concentration in American Religious Art. Having just completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University, where she earned a B.A. in Art History and Religious Studies, she is thrilled to continue her studies at her alma mater. Continuing her studies, she looks forward to applying archival practices to art history while delving deeper into her passion for religious-centered artworks. Much of the passion was born from her honors thesis, “The Midwestern Articulate Craze: An Inquiry into Presbyterian Architecture,” which explores architectural practices alongside historical documentation of local Presbyterian art. Outside of this, Emma looks forward to topics such as Impressionism, landscape, and war art.
