Please join the Department of Art History on Wednesday, February 16th, at 5:00 p.m. at the Cook Center (Maxwell Hall), where Dr. Melody Barnett Deusner will discuss her recent book, Aesthetic Painting in Britain and America: Collectors, Art Worlds, Networks (London and New Haven: The Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art / Yale University Press, 2020) as part of the College Arts and Humanities Institute's Meet the Author/Artist series.

Professor Barnett Deusner's book was recently selected as a finalist for "Exemplary Scholarship on the Period between 1800-1960" by the Historians of British Art (CAA).
