Professor Cordula Grewe has been awarded a Getty Travel Grant for her project, "Rethinking 1800: German Art and the Birth of Romanticism," and has published, "Symbols of Time: Ariosto, the Nazarenes, and the Poetics of Epic Fresco," in Revision, Revival, and Return: The Italian Renaissance in the Nineteenth-Century, edited by Lina Bolzoni and Alina Payne. Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 2018, 341-366. Her catalogue, The Enchanted World of German Romantic Prints, 1770-1850" has won the 2018 International Fine Print Dealers Association Book Award an honor that highlights excellence in research, scholarship, and the discussion of new ideas in the field of fine prints.
