Together with the School of Informatics and Computing, the department offers a dual M.L.S./M.A. degree in Library Science and Art History. Students complete all course and language requirements for each of the degrees, but write a single M.A. essay in either Art History or Library Science.

The dual M.L.S./M.A. program is designed to be completed in three years; however dual Master’s students have a total of six years to complete coursework and degree requirements.
