The Department of Art History is excited to announce that Dr. Margaret S. Graves will spend the 2022-2023 academic year as a Florence Gould Foundation Fellow at the Clark Art Institute. While there, she will be conducting research for her book, “Invisible Hands: Islamic Ceramics and the Colonial Art Market,” which discusses modern collecting economies and the craftsmanship of faking in a work.
