After spending my undergraduate career in Richmond, Virginia, I am very much looking forward to returning to my home state of Indiana to complete IU's dual Art History M.A. and Master of Library Science degree program. Though art history was only my minor in undergrad, it is a topic that has always interested me, and I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to pursue it further in such a unique and interdisciplinary way. As I continue my art historical education, I am most interested in studying artists whose work abstracts more recognizable natural scenes, such as Modernists Georgia O'Keeffe and Agnes Lawrence Pelton, as well as Symbolist painter Odilon Redon.
