After completing my undergraduate degrees in art history and anthropology at IU, I chose to return to the university for graduate school because of my wonderful experience with the Art History Department and the unique opportunity to pursue a Master of Library Science along with an M.A. in Art History. I'm excited for the chance to study art history from an interdisciplinary perspective and employ archival research alongside my art historical scholarship. I think this interdisciplinary approach lends itself to the nature of my interest in American material culture, which includes a wide range of media and allows for a variety of research methods. I'm eager to learn from the department's incredible group of faculty and continue to explore my interests in art history.
