The Department of Art History sends warm congratulations to alumna Angela Ratigan (BA ’13, MA ’15) for successfully defending her dissertation at Universität Heidelberg, “‘Castles in the Air’ and Tools for Discovery: On the Heuristic and Discursive Value of Virtual Recreations of Minoan Architecture” with advisor Diamantis Panagiotopoulos, second reader Bernie Frischer, and Chair Caterina Maderna, earlier this year. The committee awarded both her dissertation and oral defense summa cum laude. Congratulations, Dr. Ratigan!
