Please join Department of Art History Professor Bárbaro Martínez-Ruiz and doctoral student Alexandra Nickolaou to celebrate the opening of Weaving Identities: African Diasporic Art of the Americas, a student-curated exhibition featuring tapestries by artists Carlos Luna, Faisal Abdu’Allah, and José Bedia.
An opening reception will be held on Friday, January 28th from 5:00-7:00pm at the newly renovated McCalla School (525 North Indiana Avenue, Bloomington).
