Dr. MaryClaire Pappas, Art History alumna (Ph.D. '22), has joined the Museum of Modern Art as the Louise Bourgeois Works on Paper Intern. She will work on a project involving early twentieth-century Swedish art under the guidance of Jodi Hauptman, Senior Curator in the Department of Drawings and Prints. Dr. Pappas’s doctoral research focused on a group of Norwegian and Swedish artists associated with international Expressionism in the early 1900s.
